Does ShuttleCloud provide email forwarding from the old domain?

ShuttleCloud provides email forwarding from the source domain for a period of two weeks following a managed migration. Beyond that timeframe there are two options:

  1. Close the old domain and add it as an alias on the new domain.
  2. If you don’t want to close the domain we also offer a year of forwarding for a fee.
Most of our clients ultimately close the old domain after the two weeks and add it as an alias on the new domain.  This reduces the cost of keeping two domains open and is also a streamlined solution that is not reliant on a forwarding setup.
