I am trying to move 2 old email address inboxes and all folders over to the Gmail account. The idea is we want to close the old 2 and only use the Gmail one.
I have managed to upload the email addresses in the “check email from other accounts section” in settings, but no matter how many times I try- neither email address will load into the import mail and contacts section.
How can I get all this to work for me?

    Hi Kim,

Can you please let me know which email addresses you are trying to import from?
These are the steps you should follow to import your two accounts:

    -Sign into your Gmail account.
-In the top right, click the gear icon, and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
-Click the “Accounts and Import” or “Accounts” tab.
-In the “Check mail from other accounts” section, click “Add a mail account”.
-Type the email address of your old account, then click “Next Step”.
    -Type your old account password.
-Also, type the POP Server and the POP port.

RECOMMENDED: Check the boxes next to the options below:
    >“Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail”
    >“Label incoming messages”
    -Leave the other boxes unchecked.
    -Click “Add Account”.

Can you please let me know if you are following these steps? Also, what POP server and POP port are you typing in?

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi Waheed,

If you would like to recover your Gmail account, please follow the steps in this webpage: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en

ShuttleCloud integrated in Gmail is a tool you may use to import your emails and contacts from other accounts, but we do not have information about your account, I’m sorry for the inconveniences this may cause!
