How long does it take to provision users? Can we use our accounts during that time?

From the time you provide ShuttleCloud with admin access it takes approximately 30 minutes for us to: provision users

1. Provision the users with secure passwords (passwords will be shared in a document with you)
2. Add their nicknames
3. Set up the groups (including members and settings)

After this is completely, users can freely log into their accounts.

Note: password changes will not affect this process.
